Default Tenerife can expect strong winds over the next 24 hours or so as the Gran Canaria "temporal" moves our way.

We were discussing on the last few pages of the current weather in Tenerife thread HERE about the storms they've had over the last day or so in Gran Canaria. Well, now Tenerife is on alert for strong winds, particularly at altitude. (oh great )

Flying out early tomorrow morning so there could be even more "strong winds at altitude" from ME if we hit turbulence

We had it last night as well really strong winds but like a mild blast furnace.
Not sure how high Arafo is, but it seems high to me. Looking out to sea this morning I could see the dust cloud layer.
