Default Hiking Trip - request for info

I'm going on a hikking trip in September. Starting in Costa Del Silencio and on to Mt. Teide.

I need to find a supplier locally to Costa Del Silencio to buy propane gas canisters for my rucksack.

Ideally JetBoil or any other EN417 specification propane 100g canisters.

Any help appreciated.

hi bravo, welcome to the forum....usually all the ferreterias sell the butano/propano, give it a try in there. or alternatively the decathlon in the north in la laguna, they have a large camping/outdoor activity section.

I have seen these in Segrera, the ironmongers next to Mercadona in Adeje. I sure also that several places in Las Chafiras have them.

Please report back on how the hike was - I would be very interested in details, as others on the forum will be.

Welcome, by the way.

ALtavista refuge now booked. I had to go through the National Park Office to get the contact info to book the refuge as the phone number published was out of order.
