Or maybe less ... but I havn't booked anything.

I'm 19 and will be go alone as I had such as miserable summer in the UK and want a week where I can RELAX in the sunshine.

My parents don't mind, they were going to come but family drama's you know.

Anyway I want to go for a week in the half term of october which isn't next week but the week after as it won't interfere with my college.

And I want to go to the SOUTH of Tenerife.

I'm not a big party animal so I don't wanna go somewhere like Playa america or whatever it is called, I've heard good things about Los Cristianos though.

In a preferably Half Board hotel..for a week...in the sun...

I know about all the safety precautions and am quite mature for my age.

Any advice like where to go and how to book???

How about book your own flight, Tues & Frid are the main flight days clickhere & here for the airlines & links etc., drop a pm to Duderock first, who does holiday lets in nice apartments, I am sure he may be able to help you, once you have somewhere to stay book your flight, simple, then enjoy your break

Dean, I think for the money you'd spend on a half-board hotel you could get a really nice self-catering apartment and then eat out. Most of the apartments will have bars and cafés nearby for breakfast, and you could choose your dinner quite widely then. Much more freedom, and not tied to dining hall hours with hotels anyway.

Speak to Duderock for a wide range of holiday apartments in Los Cristianos and elsewhere ... and there also some members who have their own apartments for let in Los Cristianos. Specifically, send a PM to Peejay, Colleen, TomA, and fixer ... they all have apartments in Los Cristianos which you might be able to rent.

What about water sports? Plenty to try and if you take a trip out to El Medano you could try some wind or kite surfing, which is a lot of fun.
