Hi, I wonder if there are any "Telephone Techies" on the Forum who can offer advice on this....
We have a business in the UK, and currently redirect incoming calls to our mobile phone when we come to Tenerife for a few days each month. The problem is that
because the ring tone is different from the ring tone in the UK, our customers think they've got a wrong number and hang up.
Does anyone have any idea how we might solve or work around the problem, other than by using a "Virtual Receptionist" in the UK.
