Go north to Fanabe/El Duque end and it is very nice.

Come out of La Pinta on the opposite side away from the sea and turn left.

No rowdy Brits of any age

I think the area that's been known for this, the Veronicas area, has been intentionally stifled by the council because they don't want that sort of tourism here. Whether that's a mistake or not, I think the area has been much quieter in recent years than it used to be, and as we all saw it on the Tenerife Uncovered programmes.

personally I dislike Las Americas, it has a certain reputation, which some tourists then stay there because of that.

It is full of English bars & restuarants, if you want that why go abroad imo ?

The area has very little if anything local or Spanish feel to it.

The Safari centre is about the nicest thing, good shopping & nice restaurants & most important it is clean !
