Default Playa de la Arena, Tenerife
This is an area of Tenerife I know very little about and I wondered if other forum members had any experience or feedback.

Is there much to do? Any nice hotels or restaurants? Any thoughts would be great!

I don't know it well, but it's just before Puerto Santiago on the way to Los Gigantes. It's got one of the nicest beaches I've seen in the whole of Tenerife ... natural black sand, little runner mats to walk on, lovely protected curved bay ... beautiful.

I've been to the beach there a few times as it's an award winning beach. Beautiful clean black sand but very hot to lie on.

My Faves for day time
English style: Cafe Arena and Lazy Dayz for bacon sarnies etc. or Pilgrims for sport
Spanish Style: Tapas y mas Tapas
