Default Just mind your own business!
How could you mind your own business and get the best out of it?

So if you run your own business and have any tips and advice
that could help others, whether it's in retail, cleaning, running a
bar/cafe etc etc.

It can be the smallest of things like we place a sweet on the towels after cleaning the apartments for the next guests. How can you make a difference with your business?

I think the welcome pack is a nice touch too. OK, you may be paying for it anyway, but if there is coffee, water maybe a bottle of wine waiting when folks arrive, it makes things a bit special, especially if it is a late flight/arrival.

Time keeping is for me a big thing,if you make an appointment to see someone at 2pm get there at 2pm,and I agree with Janet communication is the key.My biggest fault is trying to please too much,not quite bend over backwards just slant a bit,my second biggest fault is I lose phone numbers,so another one is write it down.I personally think you don't need gimmicks,good service at a fair rate you will have them coming back for more.
